Payment

Prices include all taxes in EU and no addtional costs will be charged. We accept the following payment and credit cards: PayPal account, Visa, Mastercard, JCB and American Express. 

Delivery

Delivery takes approximately from five to ten days after placing your order and is handled by post with tracking. You are always welcome to contact us for a delivery status. The invoice is delivered with the product. 

Charges

BIRK offers free delivery in EU. International orders may be subject to a handling and import fee depending on the destination. These fees are to be paid at destination and are not covered by our free delivery.

Right of return

You have a fourteen days right of return from the day of receipt should your purchase not live up to your expectations. For a full refund, the product must be unused and returned to our company address in its original and undamaged packaging along with the original invoice. The charges for returning a product in this case are not covered by BIRK. 

Reclamation

Should the product be faulty or damaged upon reception, please contact us via the contact form on this website under “Contact”. In such case, we offer free repair or replacement service and cover all delivery charges. You need to show a copy of your invoice.

Guarantee

We offer a two year guarantee on all our products. The guarantee does not cover usual wear and tear. Please contact us via the contact form on this website under “Contact”.
